OUR SUPPLIERS

Our coffee comes from Rounton Coffee Roasters, a North Yorkshire–based speciality roaster dedicated to sourcing ethically traded beans and roasting them with precision. Their focus on transparency and flavour allows us to serve coffee that is both distinctive and consistently excellent.

 

For our sourdough, we use flour from Matthews Cotswold Flour, a family-run mill with over 100 years of heritage. They produce high-quality, sustainably grown British flour, which gives our bread its depth of flavour, structure, and character.

 

Our meat is supplied by Country Harvest, a trusted local butcher known for quality sourcing and traditional methods. Their fresh cuts allow us to prepare and roast our meats in-house, ensuring full flavour and freshness in every dish.

 

For our cakes and bakes, we use chocolate from Callebaut, one of Belgium’s most renowned chocolate makers. With a history dating back over a century, Callebaut is celebrated for its rich, smooth chocolate, making it the perfect choice for indulgent baking.

 

Alongside this, we serve a range of premium drinks from Fentimans. Known for their botanically brewed beverages, Fentimans combines traditional techniques with natural ingredients to create distinctive, refreshing drinks.
