At The Dough and Bean Coffee Shop & Bakehouse, everything we do is rooted in quality, care, and a love for great food. As a family-owned business, we’ve created a space that feels welcoming, relaxed, and genuinely connected to the local community - a place where people can enjoy simple things done exceptionally well.
At the centre of our kitchen is our sourdough. We bake all of our bread in-house every day, using traditional methods and slow fermentation to develop flavour, texture, and character. That same sourdough is used across our menu—from our generously filled sandwiches to our handcrafted pizzas—ensuring everything we serve has a consistent foundation of quality and freshness.
Our offering goes far beyond just great bread. The Dough and Bean serves speciality coffee alongside a carefully curated menu of handmade sandwiches, sourdough pizzas, fresh salads, and a wide selection of baked goods made daily on site. We roast our meats in-house to guarantee depth of flavour and freshness in every bite, and we place a strong emphasis on locally sourced, seasonal ingredients wherever possible.
We’re always evolving to meet the needs of our customers, and have recently introduced vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free versions of many of our most popular dishes - ensuring that everyone can enjoy what we have to offer without compromise.
Open seven days a week from 07:00, we’re here whether you’re grabbing your morning coffee, settling in for a relaxed lunch, or treating yourself to something fresh from the bakery.
But more than anything, it’s the experience that keeps people coming back.
